Full Description: The purpose of this two-day course is to provide skills that individuals in positions of authority can use to exercise leadership when confronted with adaptive challenges. The goal of this course is for participants to develop an understanding of skills associated with exercising leadership to resolve adaptive problems, those problems where the solution is either unknown or requires significant change, or both.

Resources Required: This course utilizes digital delivery of materials. Students must download the attached documents to a digital device before the start of class and bring the device with them to class fully charged. If this is a consortium course, documents will be sent from them to download.

Reporting Instructions: Lodging, Meals, Per Diem and all other travel expenses are the responsibility of the student or the parent organization.

Signup Details: This is a dual registration course. Students must also register with NETC to receive National Fire Academy credit. NETC information will be sent to students closer to the start date.
